American hardcore / grindcore band from Orange, New Jersey. Taste Of Fear was a death-grind band from New York City.
Formed in 1991, Taste Of Fear was set up by ex-members of the hardcore punk band Citizens Arrest. The band combined grindcore with hardcore punk and thrashcore.
Taste Of Fear’s self-titled full-length debut came in 1994, and was their only full-length release. Taste Of Fear however also contributed to half a dozen split releases before breaking up in 2009.
