Misery Index is an American death metal/deathgrind band formed in 2001 in Baltimore, Maryland, United States, by Jason Netherton (vocals and bass guitar), Mike Harrison (vocals and guitar), and Kevin Talley (drums). From 2006–2010, its line-up consisted of Netherton on vocals and bass guitar, Sparky Voyles on guitar, Mark Kloeppel on vocals and guitar, and Adam Jarvis on drums. In 2010, Voyles left the band and was replaced by Darin Morris.

Discography collection of splits and EPs in top down gatefold. Order of the tracks deviates from any CD version, problably due to vinyl capacity reasons. This DLP features just 27 tracks, lacking the Live-Radio-Set-On-WERS-88.9 (2002-04-06) entirely, but containing all other non-album material on 7" and 12" from 2001-2008. Included are the Overthrow EP and the Dissent EP, four splits with Commit Suicide, Mumakill, Structure of Lies, Bathtub Shitter, various bonus cover versions, etc. Though it does not include an extensive 24 page booklet (compared to CD version), nevertheless the details, notes, pictures and an all-time list of all the shows the band performed have been accurately reproduced on both inner sleeves and on the gatefold's inner sides.
