Track 1 is a remastered version of "Pesticide" from the "Organic Backwash Demo".
Tracks 2-7 were taken from the 1987 "Bathroom Rule" demo. Recorded at Studio X.
Tracks 8-12 "Unreleased Demo" was recorded at various times in early 1987 before the "Bathroom Rule" demo.
Tracks 13-18 were taken from the "Organic Backwash" demo. It was recorded at Studio X in December 1986.
Tracks 19-21 are live recordings from a roller rink in Paramus, NJ on 13th of November 1987.
