Vomit Spawn was a grindcore band originally based out of the Tampa Bay, FL area, formed in 1993 between three high-school friends: Mark (guitars), Tony (drums), & Ern (vocals).
Shortly after another high school, Aaron joined as the band's bassist.
In '94/'95 the band parted ways with Tony over personal and musical differences and Aaron left, as well.
The band never officially split up but was on hiatus until 2000 when Josh (Scab Maggot, Cursed Ruin) joined on drums.
Unable to find a suitable/willing bassist, they opted to continue on as a three-piece.
In 2005, the band relocated to Jacksonville, FL and added a new bassist, Dave (Dead Flesh). The band split up in 2005.
